I pre-ordered the Bora Koo and the regular Koo Koo in early 2024. I received multiple updates on the whole preorder process, what needed to be fixed, the status of production, and when the final versions were available. Both Koos came in really cute packaging, safe and sound and perfectly adorable. The Bora Koo goes to work with me and is firmly attached to my bag. I have no worries of him falling off. 10/10 would buy again.
